1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bv999g ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bv999g online gaming information platform accessible at https://bv999g.cam and any related services, features, content and functionality provided thereon.

bv999g is an English-language online gaming information platform designed to serve Pakistani users. 2Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

"User" / "you"	Any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account"	A registered user profile created by completing the Platform's registration process, subject to identity verification.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to open, maintain and operate an Account in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive offered by the Platform or a referenced operator, subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum aggregate amount that must be staked using bonus funds before any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"PKR"	Pakistani Rupee — the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, used as the primary currency context throughout the Platform.
"AML"	Anti-Money Laundering — legal and procedural obligations requiring the Platform and its users to prevent the use of gambling services for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing.

"Self-Exclusion"	A voluntary mechanism by which a User requests that their account be suspended or closed for a defined or indefinite period for responsible gambling purposes.

3Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the bv999g Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to any platform or service you access through or in connection with bv999g. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.

3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts — including minors under the applicable law of their jurisdiction — are not permitted to use this Platform.

3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 governs gambling-related activity in Pakistan. bv999g does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as confirmation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.

3.4 Single Account Policy. Each user is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or shared devices — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, officers and immediate family members of bv999g or any associated operator are not permitted to open or maintain an Account. bv999g reserves the right to verify compliance with this clause at any time.

4Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

In order to access the full range of features on the bv999g Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested. The following obligations apply:

4.1 You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required during registration. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate at the time of submission and will remain current throughout your use of the Platform.
4.2 The Platform reserves the right to require verification of your identity at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot or statement of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account, used for contextual verification only — not as evidence of payment-provider endorsement).
4.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or the provision of false or misleading documents, will result in Account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities in accordance with AML obligations.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party and must notify bv999g immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.5 bv999g will process personal data collected during registration in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, bv999g grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation;
use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including the resale or aggregation of content, odds data or platform information;
use automated tools, bots, scrapers or any software to extract content from the Platform;
attempt to circumvent or disable any security, authentication or access-control mechanism on the Platform;
engage in any conduct that may damage, disrupt or negatively affect the performance, availability or reputation of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bv999g does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice, where operationally or legally necessary.

6Deposits & Payments

The following terms apply to all deposits made through or in connection with the bv999g Platform:

6.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. This applies to all payment methods, including but not limited to mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa or JazzCash, Raast-enabled bank transfers and standard IBFT transactions through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other Pakistani banking institution. Payment-provider names are referenced here as familiar contextual examples only and do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions.

6.2 bv999g reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit pending KYC or AML review. Deposits suspected of being sourced from illicit activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. Users should consult the cashier section of the platform for current applicable limits, expressed in PKR.

6.4 Processing times for deposits vary depending on the payment method, the user's wallet or bank provider and any compliance review steps applied by the Platform. bv999g does not guarantee instant credit for any payment method.

6.5 Currency conversion fees, inter-bank transfer charges and any fees applied by your wallet or bank provider are the sole responsibility of the User. bv999g is not liable for charges applied by third-party payment intermediaries.

7Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account. No third-party withdrawals will be authorised under any circumstances.

7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed full verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the required documents are provided and approved.

7.3 Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may be affected by the chosen payment method, pending AML review, national holidays, banking hours and any technical factors outside the Platform's control. bv999g does not guarantee same-day or next-day processing for any withdrawal request.

7.4 The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the User's historical activity, or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct an enhanced due diligence review.

7.5 Where a bonus has been credited to the Account, withdrawals of associated funds are conditional upon full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotional incentives are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus figures presented on the Platform are illustrative examples only and do not constitute guaranteed live promotions.

8.1 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any systematic, professional or otherwise exploitative use of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus-hunting strategies, arbitrage or matched betting using bonus funds — is considered Prohibited Conduct.
8.2 Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement), which specifies the total amount that must be staked before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30× bonus amount").
8.3 Maximum bet restrictions apply during bonus wagering. Placing a single bet above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of the outcome of that bet.
8.4 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Table games, live-dealer games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 0%). The specific contribution schedule is provided in the bonus-specific terms at the time of the offer.
8.5 Bonuses have defined expiry periods (e.g., 7, 21 or 30 days from the date of credit). Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
8.6 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where required for operational, legal or compliance reasons.

Bonus Illustrative Example (not a guaranteed live offer): A 100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000 on a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000, subject to a 30× wagering requirement and a 30-day expiry, would require the User to stake a total of PKR 750,000 (30 × PKR 25,000 bonus) before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Always verify current offer terms in the platform cashier before depositing.

9Responsible Gambling

bv999g is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. The following obligations and provisions apply:

9.1 Gambling is strictly for adults. Access to the Platform is prohibited for any person under the age of 18 or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Age verification may be requested at any time and must be satisfied before full platform access is granted.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv999g Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC process;
Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using the identity or credentials of any third party;
Using the Platform or any referenced gaming service for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose;
Attempting to manipulate or exploit any bonus, promotion or game mechanic through collusion, software exploitation or systematic strategic abuse;
Engaging in charge-backs or disputes against legitimate Platform transactions through a payment provider;
Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to place bets, collect data or interact with Platform systems;
Attempting to access accounts, data or systems belonging to other users or to bv999g without authorisation;
Posting, transmitting or distributing abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content via any communication channel on the Platform;
Circumventing any geographic or access restriction applied by the Platform;
Any conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of bv999g, damages the integrity, fairness or reputation of the Platform.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bv999g Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of bv999g or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, translation, public performance or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from bv999g is strictly prohibited.

The bv999g name, logo and any associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any right to use any bv999g trademark without prior express written permission.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999g and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
any gambling losses incurred in connection with use of the Platform or any referenced gaming service;
any unauthorised access to or use of your Account or the alteration of your data;
any technical failure, system downtime, data loss or service interruption affecting the Platform;
any reliance placed on information, content or materials published on the Platform, including bonus figures, payment processing timelines or odds information, which may change without notice.

However, we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information on the Platform for any particular purpose. All information is provided on an "as is" basis.

13Suspension & Termination

13.1 bv999g reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms, attempted fraud, identity misrepresentation, AML violations, Prohibited Conduct or any other grounds that place the Platform, its users or third parties at risk.

13.2 Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances and wagering-ineligible funds will be forfeited at the time of termination.

13.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bv999g support. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If you are seeking closure for responsible gambling reasons, we strongly recommend requesting a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards against re-registration.

13.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect following Account closure.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its licence. Where disputes arise between you and bv999g, the following procedure applies:

14.1 Informal Resolution. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. You should contact bv999g support at the email address provided in Section 16 with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution.
14.2 Formal Proceedings. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the parties may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licence jurisdiction's regulatory framework.
14.3 Pakistani Users. Pakistani users acknowledge that local courts and regulatory bodies may have jurisdiction over certain aspects of any dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer or contractual law.

15Amendments to These Terms

bv999g reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by communicating the change via the Platform's notification or announcement mechanisms.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
